My Dental Visit: All of the office staff are great. I've had bad memories of the dentist, but the crew at this office is slowly making it a no issue experience. I am very happy Jeanine was added to the staff. She does a great job of informing me on all different options of cleaning my teeth and does a great job when I get my teeth cleaned. Overall great dental staff!!!
Knowledgable & Personable: My experience here far exceeds my expectations. Friendly staff members from the moment I walked in to the end while setting up another appointment. During my teeth cleaning, not only did I obtain great and useful information, but was also catered to my needs for a more enjoyable experience at the dentist. Emails and texts appointment reminders, another plus!
Dental Visit: I have been going to Dr. Rench for over 20 years and he is the best. His office is comfortable and his staff is wonderful.

Dr. Rench Rocks!: I love Dr Rench and Bayshore Dental. I have zero tolerance for pain and Dr Rench filled a cavity for me and I didn't even feel the shot. Patty is also great! She's a teeth cleaning wiz. Going to Bayshore Dental is pain free and I always leave there feeling good and with a great big sparkling smile.
Routine Cleaning: As always, the staff is pleasant and professional; wait time is minimal, chairside manner is excellent. It's a pleasure to return to the office for any type of treatment.

From my first experience with Dr. Rench and his staff over 10 years ago to now, all I can say is spectacular. For years I had a fear of dentists but Dr. Rench has calmed my fears through is expertise, knowledge, patiences and professionalism. Thank you to Dr. Rench and the team!

The administrative personnel were super friendly, sweet, helpful, and funny. Margie was awesome and although I did not speak to Maria too much this time she is excellent as well. My hygienist was also outstanding. I am only sorry that I have forgotten her name. She cleaned my teeth last time as well.
Staff is friendly, competent and I've know them for years. I love the continuity and consistency of service. Thanks to a great team!

That you don't over book. The waiting room is hardly a waiting room. I don't know why you put out magazines.
The staff is always warm and friendly even when myself or my family members are a little difficult to deal with. The service is excellent and if something does not go as expected, the follow up and correction happen immediately.
As always, the staff and Dr. Rench are a delight. No wants to ever go to the dentist; however, for me, it is a-okay. I get the best care one could wish for from all.
I had an appointment on 8/1/11 to have a tooth extracted and a five tooth bridge installed. Well, things did not go as planned and a different tack needed to be taken to complete the work that day. I am happy to say that plan B was executed and the results so far are good. It is always interesting to see true professionals be tested and respond in a "patient friendly" manner. The staff at Bayshore Dental are real professionals.
Margie and Maria are without a doubt two of the best dental/admin support people that I have ever encountered. They are always upbeat and extremely helpful. I always tell my golf buddies about Dr. Rench and how he mandates that The Golf Channel be on, most of the time it’s on over the speakers and not on the individual screens in the rooms. How about a flat screen in the waiting room?

My last visit was a lengthy one --about 3 hours. I was impressed with the service I received from the front desk to the tech that assisted Dr. Rench that day (7/13/11). Any question that I asked was answered promptly and professionally. The tech was most helpful in putting me at ease during my visit and explained what was being done, why it was being done and what the expectations for the end results were. She also went out of her way to make me as comfortable as possible. I really appreciated the extra effort that was given that day. The staff at your office always tries to make my visits as enjoyable as possible.

While going to the dentist is not my favorite thing in the world to do, I always have a super pleasant time there with ...to begin, Margie and Maria. They are awesome, friendly, efficient and always happy. Dr. Rench is the most incredible dentist i have ever experienced.
Mainly I just like how efficient everything is run. It was less than 20min from the time I walked in to the time I walked out after having an old filling drilled out and replaced.

As far as the big boss, he's OK too if only he can hit his drive a bit further and keep it in the short stuff. For a big dude he is quite gentile and comforting in the chair. This is the place to go for your cleanings, check ups, and surgery. They are the best.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Most have been there for as long as I have been going there, which leads to a very family like atmosphere. Dr Rench is a fantastic dentist. He is very caring and immediately puts his patients at ease. I have been going to him for about 10 years now and have had several procedures done, including root canals, and have never felt anything other than a slight pinch from the anesthesia. Dr Rench is the best dentist I have ever been to.
